Free Shipping on Orders Over $150

Canadian and United States customers can enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $150

Flat Rate Shipping for Orders Under $150

A flat rate shipping fee of $15 CAD/$20 USD will be applied to all orders under $150.

Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. You will receive a shipping quote before finalizing your purchase. If the actual shipping cost is lower than the estimated amount, we will refund the difference. For example, if the estimated shipping cost is $60 but the actual cost is $45, you will receive a $15 refund.

Important Notes:

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes levied by their country's government. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship worldwide.

  • PO Box Addresses: We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses at this time. Please provide a physical street address for delivery. If you are unable to provide a physical street address, please reach out here.

  • Shipping Carriers: We utilize UPS, Canpar, DHL, Purolator, FedEx, and ICS for shipping.

  • Shipping Cost Adjustments: For orders with shipping costs exceeding $25 CAD/USD, an additional charge will apply. You will be notified of any additional fees prior to shipment and given the option to proceed or cancel your order.

  • Package Care: We take great care in packaging your order to ensure safe delivery. Due to the nature of our products, which include delicate pasta, some breakage may occur during transit. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Currency Conversion:

Please note that shipping costs and any additional charges are based on the currency of the shipping destination. If you are paying in a different currency, exchange rates will apply.
